Appointment Policy: We require a valid credit card to reserve your appointment. A deposit will be charged, to hold the reservation for you. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we do require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Any appointment canceled after the 48 hours period will be charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service(s) balance; in addition to the loss of the deposit. Any appointment canceled 24 hours or less, or an appointment no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
